Skulls of The Shogun Coming to PS4
Developer 17-Bit, creators of the upcoming Galak-Z, have announced their other game Skulls of the Shogun will be coming to PlayStation 4. Previously Skulls of the Shogun was only available on PC, Xbox 360 and Windows devices. The release on PS4 does come with some additions in the way of the “Bone-a-Fide Edition,” which adds a new single player episode, six new multiplayer maps and more.
Skulls of the Shogun is heavily inspired by the Advance Wars series, and is “a mash-up of turn-based strategy and fighting-game flare engineered for lightning-quick rounds.” The game also features a beautiful art style with hand-animated characters and includes a soundtrack composed by Makyo and Sam Bird.
The game supports asynchronous multiplayer, allowing players to play with others online at their leisure. In addition, a progression system has also been included, allowing you to gain XP and achieve various emblems and titles for your profile.
No release date for Skulls of the Shogun has been announced, only saying that its “coming soon.”
